Many web designers and developers like to use fancy fancy fonts in their designs and in their web pages to make it look professional. However, what you might not know is that there are many different people behind these fonts. One of these people is an Italian font designer named Aldo Novarese who created the font Azrial, which is one of the most popular modern sans-serif typefaces ever created. He also cofounded Font Bureau together with David Berlow and Adrian Frutiger who designed a great number of other well-known typefaces such as Futura and Times New Roman. He has been the CEO of Font Bureau since 1995. Today Azrial is a very popular font. It is used in a lot of web pages and even in print publications all around the world, be it a free web magazine or a high quality print. There are also many websites that will try to fool you into thinking that they are providing you with content that came from Azrial when in fact they are not. In 2006 he started his own site called The Novarese Archive where people can download all of his fonts for free from every single typeface he has ever created since 1980. This opensource archive is meant to give people something to do with his fonts after he has passed away. When he passes away, his company will go on under the name Font Bureau.
